Adaptive Reuse - Ponce City Market

Ponce City Market is the largest adaptive reuse project in Atlanta's history. The redevelopment is restoring the 1929 Sears & Roebuck building to its former landmark status as a mixed-use community of office lofts, restaurants, retail and residents lofts. Ponce City Market is also seeking three LEED certifications. Developed by the U.S. Green Building (USGBC), LEED is the standard measure for green building assessment and performance. The three certifications will apply to the building core and shell, the commerical spaces and LEED for homes for the residential units.
